What is your child’s primary language?_______________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________________ PROGRAM: Mi Escuelita en Español is a play based half-day Spanish immersion preschool program.We are open from 8.30am to 2pm (healthy snack and lunch included) Our day program is limited to 6 children and 2 teachers. Our program's year begins the week of August 27,2012 and ends the week of May 13,2013. A complete list of the observed holidays, vacations, philosophy and forms will be provided in the "Parents Handbook" at the time of the enrollment. TUITION: 2 day program is $572 per month (including daily healthy snack and lunch). 3 day program is $858 per month (including daily healthy snack and lunch). 5 day program is $1320 per month (including daily healthy snack and lunch). Payment is due on the first class day of each month (checks payable to "Mi Escuelita en Español"). APPLICATION PROCESS: Children who are 2 years are eligible to apply. It's not required to be toilet trained to enroll in the program. Parents will be responsible for sending diapering supplies and extra clothes to school with their child as needed. Children who are Spanish-dominant have the option of attending two or three days a week. We recommended that children who are still mastering Spanish attend five mornings a week. We try to balance our program by age, gender, and level of Spanish proficiency to the best of our ability. Please submit this application with a non refundable $50 application fee. -Re-Enrollment Fee $30 per child (non refundable and not applied toward tuition checks payable to "Mi Escuelita en Español") to the address listed below. ADMISSIONS DEPOSIT: If offered a placement at Mi Escuelita en Español, a non –refundable deposit of $700(5 day program), $600(3 day program) and $500(2 day program) will hold your spot for the academic year and is credited toward your last month’s payment.
